Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.

Incorrect address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to redirect it.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse. Dispatch location may vary depending on availability.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

UK: 2–5 working days

Europe: 5–10 working days

Rest of world: 7–15 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal services.

Tracking
Tracking details are provided by email once your order has shipped, where available.

Customs & import fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original condition.

How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

All products sold are new unless stated otherwise.

Product images aim to represent items accurately. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards and supported local payment methods via Shopify checkout.

All payments are processed securely.
